Who Else Brushes and Flosses at Work?

Flossing is perhaps even more important than brushing because it removes bacteria that are the precursors of plaque, which if left to fester will turn into tartar that cannot be removed by regular brushing or flossing. Tartar is what eventually causes the damage that leads to decay and tooth loss.

Ever since I visited Hostos’ Free Dental Hygiene Clinic in the Bronx, and with the large quantity of thready mangoes that I consume, I feel the need more than ever to floss.flossing at work, brushing at work, toothbrush at work, toothpaste at work, toothbrush in the office, toothpaste in the office, flossing in the office, keep your teeth healthy at work, keep your teeth healthy in the office, i like to floss, i like to floss at work, i like to floss all the time, how many times a day do you floss, i floss 3 times a day, i floss at work, i floss 4 times a day, i floss every time I eat, must floss at work, floss all the time,

I’ve been keeping the floss that they gave me at my appointment in my bag and pulling it out whenever the feeling grabs me. Between that and the toothbrush and toothpaste I keep in a cabinet in my office bathroom, I’m pretty set to keep my teeth healthy.

I’m trying to normalize the practice of flossing at work with this post.

So if you are not doing so already, I encourage you to bring a second set of dental supplies to work. It’s completely normal, and you will keep your chompers and gums healthy and happy.
