On a recent walk with Juno I stumbled across assortment of shoes when I saw one poking out of a plastic bag laying next to the trash. I had been keeping my eye out for magazines in the recycling bins, so already had my eyes trained in this direction, but what do you know? Shoes… and all my size!

How I’ve Been Living
I’m back to a steady and healthy fitness and eating lifestyle, my resting heart rate some times sinks to 55 beats per minute, I’ve visited the dentist, and I’m running and biking across the Williamsburg Bridge every day sucking in the sweet, warm spring weather.
I’m exhausted!
It’s Friday. 7p.
Sandy is still working. He has been up since 3a scrambling to color an episode of a Bravo TV show that a co-worker could not finish. He just spent 5.5 hours meeting with the producers of the show and has one more nipple blur to go before he finishes tonight.
