Yesterday I became rather fed up with being on bed rest, confined to “my apartment” for much of the day, keeping off my feet. It’s a tedious feeling for someone who usually averages 10-15 miles a day.
However, it’s New Year’s Eve, and I know that with the coming year, I am going to work it hard and challenge my body. Cross fit, yoga, continuing arm and ab youtube video workouts at home. I’m going to use my body to help others and I’m going to appreciate this year of movement.
